How does the sign-up process work?
Once you register you'll receive a message on WhatsApp. Enter the one-time verification code and you'll get a unique link to grant permission to create an additional Google Calendar — strictly a calendar created by our service, not any of your existing events or calendars. After that you're set: events start filling the calendar as we read your school notifications, and you can ask questions via WhatsApp on the same account.
How does the WhatsApp assistant work?
Our WhatsApp account is available 24/7 to answer in real time. Ask questions as you would of any AI chatbot, but over the entire knowledge base of your school's letters, messages and notifications — when term ends, which uniform supplier to use, what your child needs before starting, the deadline for the current trip. Want a summary of your week, homework or day? Just ask.
What happens each day?
We read notifications from the school, plus any attached PDFs and letters, and build a knowledge base specific to each child. When new notifications arrive you'll get a WhatsApp summary of what was imported and how many calendar events were created per child. You'll also get a morning update highlighting anything to remember that day.
How secure is my data?
Security is a core principle, not an afterthought. Your school-account details are encrypted with constantly changing security keys and kept on a private network with no direct connection to the internet. The Google Calendar permission is the bare minimum required: we can create a secondary calendar and add or remove events only in that calendar — and you can revoke it at any time. How does the 14-day free trial work?
We're confident the service is a real time-saver, so we invite you to trial it for 14 days. If you decide to continue after the 14 calendar days, regular monthly billing starts after the trial period.
How does it stay relevant to my child?
Schools send a huge number of messages covering all sorts of clubs, activities and classes. We create calendar events only for those relevant to your child, based on their class and year group, so what you see is a filtered feed tailored to you. Want to remove something? Just delete the event and it stays deleted.
