Billing questions

How does billing work?

We charge a monthly subscription that covers all your usage, regardless of how many events are synced into your calendar, plus unlimited questions via WhatsApp. The only limit is the number of children per account type. Accounts are billed monthly from the day of the month you start your subscription.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

We're confident the service is a significant time-saver for busy parents, so we invite you to trial it for 14 days. If you decide to continue after the 14 calendar days, regular monthly billing starts after the trial period.

How do you keep my data safe?

We retain strictly the bare minimum data required to offer the service. Payment details are entered with an industry-standard payment provider and never retained by us. Your school data resides on a database on a UK cloud server using industry-standard encryption, and our calendar sync can only create and manage a secondary calendar — never your daily calendar or its events. You can revoke Google access at any time, and if you delete your account we delete all information stored about you and your children.

How can I check my account information?

Your current subscription, billing dates and number of messages used are available from the WhatsApp School Bot. Just ask "Please show me my account?" and it will respond with the latest information.
